Awarding Points for phone orders or for physical store orders is possible using the Zinrelo API or the Batch Mode process

To allow customers to redeem points at the store POS or while placing a phone order, your store employees will need access to an interface that allows them to check the customers points and redeem them for an instant discount.

Proposed Solution: Create a webpage where store employees can access the customer's loyalty dashboard on behalf of the customer and redeem eligible rewards. Store employees will then apply the reward to the customer's current order.

Pre-requisite for the proposed solutions is that your store employees will have access to a tablet or some device with internet access.

Step 1:
Create a webpage for store employees which has input fields to capture customer's name and email address.

Step 2:

On submitting above form, execute Zinrelo's basic integration Javascript and pass the customer email and name collected in the above form.

<script type="text/javascript">
        window._zrl  =  window._zrl || [];
        var  init_data =
        {
   'partner_id' : 'XXXXXXX', /*Add your Zinrelo Partner ID here*/

   'email' : 'useremail@gmail.com', /* Email captured in the form*/
   'name' : 'User  Name',     /*Name captured in the form*/
   'user_id': 'useremail@gmail.com' /*Again pass email address in this field*/
        };
        _zrl.push( [ 'init' , init_data ] );
</script>
<script src="//cdn.zinrelo.com/js/all.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Step 3:
Add the following HTML div tag to the page.

<div id="zrl_embed_div" style="height:625px; width:552px;></div>

Step 4:
After the Javascript in Step 2 executes, the loyalty dashboard for the given customer will be displayed on the page. The store employee should then check the 'Spend Points' tab to check the rewards that the customer is eligible for.

Step 5:
When the store employee confirms the redemption in the loyalty dashboard, the points will be deducted from the customer's account. The store employee should then apply the reward to the customer's current order.
