The Loyalty Audit Service is offered by Zinrelo to help Clients arrive at a very accurate estimate of the revenue uplift delivered by a loyalty rewards program. The estimate is accurate because it is derived from past sales transaction data provided by the Client to Zinrelo (under an NDA).
Zinrelo requests the past 2-4 years of sales transaction data to perform an accurate analysis. The sales transaction data file that is sent to Zinrelo is expected to be in a certain format. Click here to learn about the data file format and to download a sample file.
Due to the deep analytics and algorithms involved, it will typically take Zinrelo 1-2 weeks to deliver the Loyalty Audit Report (also known as the Loyalty Revenue Uplift (LRU) Analysis Report).
