By default, all email messages related to the loyalty program are sent from the email address <storename>@zinrelo.info. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org. However, as a store, you want all loyalty-related email messages to go out from a custom email address. For example, a store Wonder Blossoms may want the email to go from a custom address such as email@example.com rather than firstname.lastname@example.org. This article explains the steps needed to set up a custom From: email address.
Enable Email from Custom Domain
In your Admin Console, go to General -> Settings -> Store Email Settings. Check the box Enable Email from Store Domain
Enter your Custom Email Address
Type in the email address from which all loyalty program-related email notifications should be sent. Generate the TXT records.
Add the TXT records to your DNS Settings
Cut and paste the TXT records to your DNS settings. Once the records are added, click to Verify the TXT records.
After records are verified, click on the Save button for the changes to take place. After the settings are saved, all loyalty-related notifications will be sent from the Store Sender Email Address, for example, email@example.com.
Setting up Domain Authentication
Once the above steps have been completed the loyalty notifications will be sent from your custom domain, however, they will have a "via zinrelo.info" at the end of the sender email address. If you wish to remove this, please contact Zinrelo support for further steps.
